ok.. I could listen a bit of it now... not finish it yet.
First of all, that lady is right, in terms of that customer service staff
just should not answer that lady in such a way, by telling
her that "it is your problem"... things like that. That guy
is inexperienced in handling such an angry customer.
... will continue listen to it... loading now again...
As a person who got to answer customers' questions,
he/she just got to be prepared anytime that he/she
will pick up a phone whereby the customer is so angry
like that lady. Certainly, that lady was so frustrated,
so she could not control and "passed" her angriness
on that staff. That is not right.
But really... no matter what types of customers we face,
as a customer service personel or person who got
to answer customers, we just got to be professional
and not to simply say out things which might offend
any customers.
not sure about how u all experience... I have tried to load it
for about half an hour already... not even half way finish... lol...
not going to continue... Good luck to that staff...be more tactful
when speaking to any customers next time... and to that lady...
calm down too...
